Your suggested golf has you playing rounds at Desert Willow Golf Club - Firecliff and Mountain View Courses, Classic Club, and Shadow Ridge Golf Club. More information on your golf courses may be found below.

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa requires a $38 plus tax per day per room resort fee that is paid locally upon check in.

DESERT WILLOW GOLF CLUB - FIRECLIFF

VOTED #1 for the 3rd Year in a row by Desert Golf Magazine as the BEST PUBLIC ACCESS GOLF COURSE!

The Firecliff golf course, measuring 7,056 yards, is a true test of skill where golfers must negotiate their way around extensive natural areas, numerous water features and more than 100 bunkers/waste areas. While enjoying your round, remember to take in your surroundings and appreciate the Desert Willow views and beauty.

The course opened in 1997 and was designed by noted golf course architect Michael Hurdzan with input from PGA Tour player John Cook.

DESERT WILLOW GOLF CLUB - MOUNTAIN VIEW

The Mountain View course at Desert Willow Golf Resort was designed to be a transition between the more challenging, tournament-quality Firecliff course and the traditional course of fence to fence turfgrass, flowers and flowing water. Mountain View was intended to have each of these characteristics, but with its own distinct personality.

The course measure 6,913 yards and is rated just slightly less difficult than it's sister course, Firecliff. With more forgiving fairways, 98 well-placed bunkers, sloping greens, and seven water features, Mountain View still requires the best from golfers of all levels.

CLASSIC CLUB

Designed by Arnold Palmer Company with the input from the PGA Tour, the course featuers a Tuscany inspired Clubhouse with fine dining, locker rooms, banquet facilities and The Bob Hope Gallery displaying Bob Hope’s lifetime collection of golf memorabilia.

Classic Club features over 5,000 Pine, California Pepper & Olive Trees with 11,000 cubic yards of mulch and pine straw, and 30 acres of lake and water features, including 14 stone bridges. The 18 hole, par-72, 7,305 yard unique Arnold Palmer-designed course offers a variety of tee options, appealing to players at all levels of the game.

Classic Club has a rolling terrain with several elevated tees featuring a core design with pine, olive and pepperwood trees, offset by flowering bushes, shrubs, and pine straw ground cover, all playing off of the surrounding mountains and vistas that are exclusive to the Coachella Valley, to make for an incredibly beautiful golf experience.

SHADOW RIDGE GOLF CLUB

Surround yourself with stunning views and a spectacular course design. Marriott's Shadow Ridge Golf Club is set against the beautiful backdrop of the snow-capped Santa Rosa Mountains in Palm Desert, California.

Located in the Coachella Valley, Shadow Ridge Golf Club enjoys over 350 days of sunshine and blue skies every year. This beautiful and peaceful valley is often referred to as the "golf capital of the world" because of its ideal playing conditions and abundance of courses.

LODGING

JW MARRIOTT DESERT SPRINGS RESORT & SPA

Set 3 miles from Interstate 10, the luxury resort set amid lakes and gardens is a mile from Coachella Valley, and 14 miles from Downtown Palm Springs.

Contemporary rooms have luxe en suite bathrooms, plus Wi-Fi, flat-screens and iPod docks. All feature minifridges, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Suites add wet bars, balconies, and sitting areas or separate living rooms with pull-out sofas.

Dining options range from a Japanese steakhouse to a sushi bar. There's a spa, 2 championship 18-hole golf courses and 3 palm tree-lined pools, as well as a nightclub, tennis courts and a kids' club.
