Your suggested resort on Hilton Head is the Palmetto Dunes Resort. The resort has three miles of pristine beachfront, 2,000 acres of natural beauty, 3 signature golf courses, hundreds of deluxe and premier villas to choose from and a multitude of outdoor activities to keep you entertained.

Your suggested lodging is one of the resort's 3-Bedroom / 3-Bathroom villa rental. I've recommended 42 Fazio Villas (please click for photos & information). This villa enjoys lagoon views. 1 bedroom offers a king bed and the other 2 bedrooms offer a queen bed.

Your suggested golf has you playing 3 rounds of golf at Palmetto Dunes Arthur Hills Course and George Fazio Course, and Heron Point at Sea Pines. More information on your golf courses may be found below.

We will happily adapt, modify and update your trip as many times as needed until it perfectly matches your style, pace and budget
We collect all deposits and final payments from the group, so that no one individual is burdened with additional work or financial responsibilities.

We set up a web portal where each member of the group may make his or her deposit and final payments individually.
We don’t charge an additional fee for using a credit card.
We don’t charge to make adjustments to your trip after we’ve received your deposit. If you need to change who’s going, add days to your trip, upgrade a room or anything else, we’re happy to do that. We consider this a normal part of our relationship with you.
We make all final payments to your lodging, golf courses and rental vehicle companies no less than 60 days prior to your arrival. You will not have to worry about your reservations being lost or invalid.
We have access to the most favorable tee times available at all of our destinations for our clients.
We will make recommendations for non-golf activities, restaurants and pubs for you and any non-golfers who accompany you.

HERON POINT GOLF CLUB

18 holes, 72 par, 7,035 yards

Re-designed by legendary architect Pete Dye, Heron Point is now more player-friendly, and the result is an award-winning stroke of genius.

At 7,035 yards from the back tees, Heron Point can play considerably shorter if needed, with seven sets of tees on each hole. Golfers are challenged by risk-reward long and short holes, fairways that move toward and away from hazards and Dye's ubiquitous mounding and swales framing target areas. On four holes with water guarding the greens, alternating wood and grass walls create conspicuous bulkheads, visually dramatizing the peril. Even more striking, a mixture of grasses, sand, mulch and limestone surfaces provides a vivid tapestry of color for this Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.

One of Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play" and South Carolina's 2015 Golf Course of the Year, this cohabitation of beauty and beast is an enjoyable treat for every level of golfer.

PALMETTO DUNES HILLS COURSE

Arthur Hills took full advantage of the Lowcountry’s dramatic coastal beauty when he designed this award-winning course at Palmetto Dunes. Tucked within the serene enclave of Leamington, this shot-maker’s favorite offers continuous lines of dunes, a rolling layout, numerous water hazards and thick stands of palmettos. This course emphasizes accuracy and precision over distance, providing formidable challenges at every turn.

The course is home to one of the Lowcountry’s most historic lighthouses, the Hilton Head Range Light Station, which guided ships into Port Royal Sound beginning in the late 1800’s. Hills features rolling fairways and ocean breezes as well as an extensive network of lagoons winding through 10 different holes.

PALMETTO DUNES FAZIO COURSE

Hilton Head Island’s only par-70 public golf course, the George Fazio course was named the 2014 South Carolina Golf Course of the Year by the SC Golf Course Owners Association. The layout offers an exhilarating experience and is revered as the island’s truest championship challenge.

One of the youngest golf courses to be featured on Golf Digest’s list of America’s 100 Best, the course features tree-lined fairways, relatively small greens and and undulating surfaces throughout.

The four finishing holes are especially noteworthy, three well-bunkered par 4s and the great par-3 17th over water with out-of-bounds creeping in from the left. With new state-of-the-art Diamond Zoysia greens, the Fazio Course delivers a peak golf experience.
