Recently ranked in the “Top 10 Golf Courses” in Arizona by Ranking Arizona, this Scottsdale area championship layout features dramatic elevation changes, unspoiled desert terrain, abundant wildlife and the rustic charm of the historic dude ranch, which is now part of the golf resort property.

Perched upon the foothills of the White Tank Mountains, you'll feel on top of the world as you begin your journey at the Victory course. You'll not only enjoy views of the Founders course and clubhouse, but the entire western Phoenix valley below.
Generous green fairways and gentle Sonoran breezes await you at the Tom Lehman designed masterpiece. The course carves and undulates through signature granite bluffs, and offers plenty of challenges, while elevations up to 1,300 feet provide beautiful panoramic views of the Valley below.
GRAYHAWK GOLF CLUB TALON COURSE
Grayhawk offers an unforgettable lineup of golf with Raptor and Talon leading the way as two of the best public golf courses in Scottsdale. It’s also the home for the 2021 & 2022 NCAA Men’s & Women’s Golf Championships.
Established in 1994, Grayhawk Golf Club features two par-72 golf courses – Talon and Raptor – each with their own distinctive personalities. Talon offers a desert-style test of golf that skirts thick stands of Sonoran Desert and box canyons on the way to large multi-tiered greens.

This newly renovated home has over 6,000 square feet in a quiet neighborhood. The expansive interior provides spacious living areas and bedrooms. Enjoy gorgeous indoor/outdoor living with lush surroundings on an acre lot. All bedrooms have adjoining baths. Amenities include a theater room with reclining seats. All bedrooms have adjoining baths. The entire home is filled with luxury furnishings from Restoration Hardware and other high-end manufacturers. Interior renovation and all new furnishings completed October 2021.
The outdoor space is completely private and with trees and oleanders surrounding the entire property. There is an outdoor kitchen for grilling and entertaining.
There is a very large 4 car garage where one side of it has a ping pong table for entertainment.
