We will make all reservations for you; lodging, golf tee times, caddies, rental vehicles, sightseeing tours, dinner or any other event or option that you may need assistance with.
We will plan your golf tour so that the order of play makes sense from a drive-time prospective and so that it builds throughout the trip to the playing of your trophy courses
We find the most suitable hotel or hotels that are convenient to all golf courses, the airport and any sightseeing you may want to do.
We will happily adapt, modify and update your trip as many times as needed until it perfectly matches your style, pace and budget
We collect all deposits and final payments from the group, so that no one individual is burdened with additional work or financial responsibilities.

We set up a web portal where each member of the group may make his or her deposit and final payments individually.
We don’t charge an additional fee for using a credit card.
We don’t charge to make adjustments to your trip after we’ve received your deposit. If you need to change who’s going, add days to your trip, upgrade a room or anything else, we’re happy to do that. We consider this a normal part of our relationship with you.
We make all final payments to your lodging, golf courses and rental vehicle companies no less than 60 days prior to your arrival. You will not have to worry about your reservations being lost or invalid.
We have access to the most favorable tee times available at all of our destinations for our clients.
We will make recommendations for non-golf activities, restaurants and pubs for you and any non-golfers who accompany you.
We are only a 24/7 phone call away should you hit any bumps in the road during your trip. We will ensure your trip continues without a hitch, no matter the problem or issue.

This itinerary is subject to availability and is subject to change at any time. In order to secure all aspects of your golf trip a reflected above is required, with the balance due 60 days prior to travel. Nothing can be held or confirmed until a deposit is received.

Around the world, Pinehurst is where the American golf story is rooted, and where it continues to flourish. Most know of its modern history – with stories like the Payne Stewart putt that won the 1999 U.S. Open. But locked with its archives are thousands of moments that define each generation for the past 100 years. Pinehurst is America’s first golf resort, and continues to be one of its' best.

PINEHURST #4

Pinehurst No. 4 had previously been ranked as one of North Carolina's top-five courses in the 1990s, but it slipped to No. 16 in the most recent Best in State ranking. The course, which was designed by Donald Ross in 1919, had previously been remodeled by Tom Fazio—who called the No. 4 restoration one of his proudest remodels to date.

Now, Hanse and his team have put their own signature on it, giving an ode to some of the Ross elements and creating larger natural “sandscapes” with native vegetation, including wiregrass and broom sedge plants, which matches the look of the restored No. 2, while being perhaps slightly more playable than No. 2.

A true work of modern art, Hanse has created a very strong second reason to visit the famed Pinehurst Resort.

PINEHURST #10

No. 10 is Pinehurst’s first new course in nearly three decades, but in truth it’s been centuries in the making. The landscape underlying Tom Doak’s new design features native wiregrass, sweeping landscape and rolling hills formed by geology.

Midway through the course, it also takes advantage of rugged dunes carved out by mining operations around the turn of the 20th Century. The result is a spectacular course with 75 feet of elevation change that winds its way through the Sandhills on a path toward delivering a golf experience like no other.

TOBACCO ROAD GOLF CLUB

Ranked #50 in Top 100 Golf Courses in the World by Golf Course Architecture

Established in 1998, Tobacco Road is younger than many of the courses it has surpassed in its accumulation of accolades. Architect Mike Strantz was a student of the Golden Age Architects whose turn of the century designs set the standards while contributing to the development of the principles of golf course architecture and design.

Strantz allowed the rolling terrain to evolve into one of golf’s most uncompromising designs. Beyond the panoramic views and stunning vistas lies a course that tests all of a player’s faculties. Five sets of tees allow a player to undertake the course at a level worthy of their skill; however, one should always keep in mind – it was Strantz’s goal to test “a player’s eye, determination, and wits.”

THE CRADLE PAR THREE COURSE

Nearly 120 years after golf arrived at Pinehurst, The Cradle is born, a nine-hole short course that even the newest to the game can enjoy.

Designed by golf architect Gil Hanse, the Golf Channel calls The Cradle, “the most fun 10 acres in all of golf.” Mere steps from the Resort Clubhouse, it is the same area where, in 1898, Dr. Leroy Culver carved our first nine holes out of the sand. Over the next century, Pinehurst came to be referred to as the Cradle of American Golf.

THE MANOR INN

Located a short walk from the Carolina Hotel is the casual Manor Inn. It has been completely updated and renovated, with the work being finished late Fall of 2019.

Built in 1923, the intimate Manor features 42 rooms including suites and adjoining rooms. All rooms feature modern amenities such as WiFi and flat screen televisions. As with all resort accommodations, guests of The Manor Inn enjoy access to resort restaurants, pools, spa, fitness center, golf and more.

THE CAROLINA HOTEL
