We will make all reservations for you; lodging, golf tee times, caddies, rental vehicles, sightseeing tours, dinner or any other event or option that you may need assistance with.
We will plan your golf tour so that the order of play makes sense from a drive-time prospective and so that it builds throughout the trip to the playing of your trophy courses
We find the most suitable hotel or hotels that are convenient to all golf courses, the airport and any sightseeing you may want to do.
We will happily adapt, modify and update your trip as many times as needed until it perfectly matches your style, pace and budget
We collect all deposits and final payments from the group, so that no one individual is burdened with additional work or financial responsibilities.

We set up a web portal where each member of the group may make his or her deposit and final payments individually.
We don’t charge an additional fee for using a credit card.
We don’t charge to make adjustments to your trip after we’ve received your deposit. If you need to change who’s going, add days to your trip, upgrade a room or anything else, we’re happy to do that. We consider this a normal part of our relationship with you.
We make all final payments to your lodging, golf courses and rental vehicle companies no less than 60 days prior to your arrival. You will not have to worry about your reservations being lost or invalid.
We have access to the most favorable tee times available at all of our destinations for our clients.
We will make recommendations for non-golf activities, restaurants and pubs for you and any non-golfers who accompany you.
We are only a 24/7 phone call away should you hit any bumps in the road during your trip. We will ensure your trip continues without a hitch, no matter the problem or issue.

In order to secure all aspects of your golf trip a 25% deposit reflected above is required with the balance due 60 days prior to travel.

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB

This magnificent par-71 course has garnered many honors. Golf Digest named it one of the 450 best public courses in the country and Lookout Mountain has been consistently voted one of the top 25 golf courses in the state of Arizona. The course has hosted celebrity events such as the Arizona Baseball Charities Classic and the Phoenix Suns Scramble. Pointe Hilton Resorts at Tapatio Cliffs and Squaw Peak are world-class destinations with a unique family atmosphere. Lush fairways lead to firm greens set amidst the mountainous terrain of the Valley, where quails and coyotes still like to roam the course.

Lookout Mountain Golf Club is a nine-time winner of the Golf Digest Four Star Award, has been recognized as one of America's Best Golf Course by Zagat, and has been chosen as one of Arizona's Top 10 Golf Courses by readers of Arizona Business Magazine.

RANCHO MANANA GOLF CLUB

Located in the heart of the Sonoran Desert in historic Cave Creek, Arizona, Rancho Manana Golf Club features a par 70 championship course with dramatic elevation changes and unspoiled desert terrain.

Recently ranked in the “Top 10 Golf Courses” in Arizona by Ranking Arizona, this Scottsdale area championship layout features dramatic elevation changes, unspoiled desert terrain, abundant wildlife and the rustic charm of the historic dude ranch, which is now part of the golf resort property.

While Rancho Mañana Golf Club poses a significant challenge for low handicappers, it also attracts and is well known for its fairness and playability for golfers of all levels. It is definitely one of Arizona’s best golf courses that truly represents the uniqueness of desert golf.

VERRADO FOUNDERS GOLF CLUB

An 18-hole championship golf course, the Founder’s Course at Verrado Golf Club features a dramatic mountainside setting with massive rock outcroppings, large desert washes, picturesque box canyons and dramatic elevation changes. The course also offers magnificent views of the nearby White Tank Mountains and the Phoenix skyline.

From the tips, the course plays to nearly 7,300 yards and will give even the most accomplished player a thrilling test of golf. However, course architects John Fought and PGA Tour Player, Tom Lehman created the course with generous landing areas and five sets of tee boxes ensuring players of all abilities a legitimate chance at par.

VERRADO VICTORY GOLF CLUB

Perched upon the foothills of the White Tank Mountains, you'll feel on top of the world as you begin your journey at the Victory course. You'll not only enjoy views of the Founders course and clubhouse, but the entire western Phoenix valley below.

Generous green fairways and gentle Sonoran breezes await you at the Tom Lehman designed masterpiece. The course carves and undulates through signature granite bluffs, and offers plenty of challenges, while elevations up to 1,300 feet provide beautiful panoramic views of the Valley below.

GOLF CLUB OF ESTRELLA

Golf Club of Estrella, a Nicklaus Design golf course, offers a truly incredible golfing experience for golfers of all abilities. This spectacular desert golf course, nestled in the master-planned community of Estrella, features challenging play in the midst of breathtaking beauty. The Sonoran Desert surrounds you as you traverse the foothills of the Sierra Estrella mountain range.

The design shows imagination in its twisting and turning fairways and desert washes. The desert and rough on most holes merge in an almost seamless wave, making it difficult to tell which is intruding on the other.

The course flows along the contours of the land, allowing washes and hillsides to remain in play and in a pristine state. Large greens and split-level fairways test your decision-making, club selection, and course management skills. The greens are among the best-conditioned surfaces in Scottsdale.

Golf Club of Estrella is consistently ranked by Golfweek magazine as one of the Top-Twenty Public Courses in Arizona.

DOVE VALLEY RANCH GOLF CLUB

Ingeniously designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr., this championship course gently shifts between panoramic openness to the intimacy of lush foliage along Willow Wash. Mirroring the southwestern styling of the petroglyph-etched boulders that mark each hole, the adjoining Club House with Pro Shop and snack bar offer a casual but elegant retreat.

Unlike many of Arizona's "target" golf courses, Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is player friendly, with manicured transition areas that allow its guests to recover without penalty. RTJ Jr. also put a premium on strategy and variety, which translates into a challenging yet refreshing round of golf.

Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is essentially a desert style golf course with hints of tradition, such as ample fairways and subtly contoured greens with openings in front, featuring a low, rolling mix of holes of varying difficulty. According to Jones, the key was to not "overcook" the gentle nature of this golf course, which makes Dove Valley a kinder, gentler creation from a designer usually known for his more heroic strategies.

DESERT CANYON GOLF CLUB

Nestled within Fountain Hills, the course at the Desert Canyon Golf Club offers a championship course with a variety of elevation changes. It is a desert-style course with elevated tees and open fairways that still play tight because of numerous doglegs. Views of the signature fountain in Fountain Hills, which is the world's tallest fountain at 550 feet, can be seen from almost every hole.

Spectacular mountain backdrops are featured from sculpted tees and fairways that wind around high desert barrancas and arroyos - and play to large, well conditioned putting surfaces.

Embassy Suites Phoenix – Scottsdale offers a relaxed and upscale atmosphere for golfers, business travelers, families and vacationers. All rooms are two-room suites with private balcony or patio. Guests enjoy a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception.

Guest rooms are equipped with MP3 docking stations and laptop-compatible safes. Accommodations offer separate living rooms and include sofa beds. 27-inch flat-screen televisions with premium cable channels and pay movies. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
