The attached schedule is based on 2 golfers traveling and includes 5 nights lodging, 3 rounds of golf and numerous other inclusions listed below.

Included lodging for 5 nights in a Mountain View Guest Room at the ADERO Scottsdale. The ADERO Scottsdale is located the town of Fountain Hills and is perched high above the Sonoran Desert. The resort offers six pickleball courts available to guests and is open for daily play. Court times are available by appointment and equipment is available to rent at the fitness desk.

Your suggested golf has you playing 3 wonderful and very scenic golf courses... We-Ko-Pa Cholla Course, We-Ko-Pa Saguaro Course, and SunRidge Canyon GC. More information on your lodging and golf courses may be found below.

Our prices INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND ANY RESORT OR LODGING FEES, there are no hidden costs of any kind.

Your monies are 100% protected from any Coronavirus related issues. Your trip can be rescheduled with no penalty should there be any governmental closures, delays or travel bans specific to COVID-19.

When you book through us, your trip itinerary will be built from scratch by a senior partner. We don’t do instant and we don’t use computers or software to build your trip.
We will make all reservations for you; lodging, golf tee times, caddies, rental vehicles, sightseeing tours, dinner or any other event or option that you may need assistance with.
We will plan your golf tour so that the order of play makes sense from a drive-time prospective and so that it builds throughout the trip to the playing of your trophy courses
We find the most suitable hotel or hotels that are convenient to all golf courses, the airport and any sightseeing you may want to do.
We will happily adapt, modify and update your trip as many times as needed until it perfectly matches your style, pace and budget
We collect all deposits and final payments from the group, so that no one individual is burdened with additional work or financial responsibilities.

We set up a web portal where each member of the group may make his or her deposit and final payments individually.
We don’t charge an additional fee for using a credit card.
We don’t charge to make adjustments to your trip after we’ve received your deposit. If you need to change who’s going, add days to your trip, upgrade a room or anything else, we’re happy to do that. We consider this a normal part of our relationship with you.
We make all final payments to your lodging, golf courses and rental vehicle companies no less than 60 days prior to your arrival. You will not have to worry about your reservations being lost or invalid.
We have access to the most favorable tee times available at all of our destinations for our clients.
We will make recommendations for non-golf activities, restaurants and pubs for you and any non-golfers who accompany you.
We are only a 24/7 phone call away should you hit any bumps in the road during your trip. We will ensure your trip continues without a hitch, no matter the problem or issue.

In order to secure all aspects of your golf trip a 25% deposit reflected above is required with the balance due 60 days prior to travel.

With two award-winning golf courses set in the Sonoran Desert, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club delivers one of the best golf experiences in the area. Scott Miller designed the Cholla Course, while Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw teamed up to create Saguaro.

Whether you play the award-winning Cholla Course or the newer Saguaro Course, you’re in for a desert golf experience unlike any other in Arizona. The We-Ko-Pa Experience begins miles from the Golf Club, where the city ends and the beautiful Sonoran Desert begins. Welcome to the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation.
