The attached schedule is based on 5 golfers traveling and includes 4 nights lodging, 4 rounds of golf and numerous other inclusions listed below.

Your suggested lodging is the Hyatt House Scottsdale Old Town staying in a Two Bedroom Quad Suite. Each rooms has two double beds, with one pull out bed in the suite. Four people will get their own bed, with one person utilzing the pull out bed. It is located in the lively Old Town district of Scottsdale with many restaurants and bars a short walk away.

Your suggested golf has you playing 4 wonderful and very scenic golf courses... Trilogy Golf Club, Desert Canyon Golf Club, SunRidge Canyon Golf Club, and Lookout Mountain Golf Club. More information on your lodging and golf courses may be found below.

Our prices INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND ANY RESORT OR LODGING FEES, there are no hidden costs of any kind.

Your monies are 100% protected from any Coronavirus related issues. Your trip can be rescheduled with no penalty should there be any governmental closures, delays or travel bans specific to COVID-19.

When you book through us, your trip itinerary will be built from scratch by a senior partner. We don’t do instant and we don’t use computers or software to build your trip.
We will make all reservations for you; lodging, golf tee times, caddies, rental vehicles, sightseeing tours, dinner or any other event or option that you may need assistance with.
We will plan your golf tour so that the order of play makes sense from a drive-time prospective and so that it builds throughout the trip to the playing of your trophy courses
We find the most suitable hotel or hotels that are convenient to all golf courses, the airport and any sightseeing you may want to do.
We will happily adapt, modify and update your trip as many times as needed until it perfectly matches your style, pace and budget
We collect all deposits and final payments from the group, so that no one individual is burdened with additional work or financial responsibilities.

We set up a web portal where each member of the group may make his or her deposit and final payments individually.
We don’t charge an additional fee for using a credit card.
We don’t charge to make adjustments to your trip after we’ve received your deposit. If you need to change who’s going, add days to your trip, upgrade a room or anything else, we’re happy to do that. We consider this a normal part of our relationship with you.
We make all final payments to your lodging, golf courses and rental vehicle companies no less than 60 days prior to your arrival. You will not have to worry about your reservations being lost or invalid.
We have access to the most favorable tee times available at all of our destinations for our clients.
We will make recommendations for non-golf activities, restaurants and pubs for you and any non-golfers who accompany you.
We are only a 24/7 phone call away should you hit any bumps in the road during your trip. We will ensure your trip continues without a hitch, no matter the problem or issue.

In order to secure all aspects of your golf trip a 25% deposit reflected above is required with the balance due 60 days prior to travel.

SUNRIDGE CANYON GOLF CLUB

SunRidge Canyon’s 6,823-yard, par-71, Keith Foster-designed golf course unfolds around the rugged ridges and shady canyons unique to the desert mountains that divide Fountain Hills from Scottsdale, Arizona.

This golf course gradually descends on the way out before doubling back to climb up the slope on the way in. DESERT CANYON GOLF CLUB

Nestled within Fountain Hills, the course at the Desert Canyon Golf Club offers a championship course with a variety of elevation changes. It is a desert-style course with elevated tees and open fairways that still play tight because of numerous doglegs. Views of the signature fountain in Fountain Hills, which is the world's tallest fountain at 550 feet, can be seen from almost every hole.

Spectacular mountain backdrops are featured from sculpted tees and fairways that wind around high desert barrancas and arroyos - and play to large, well conditioned putting surfaces.

LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB

This magnificent par-71 course has garnered many honors. Golf Digest named it one of the 450 best public courses in the country and Lookout Mountain has been consistently voted one of the top 25 golf courses in the state of Arizona. Located in charming Old Town Scottsdale, Hyatt House offers two bedroom suites, perfect for those looking for double accommodations. Along with the complimentary breakfast, you can take advantage of their heated pool, hot tub and their 24-hour StayFit@Hyatt fitness center.

The two-bedroom/two bath suites include two double beds in each bedroom, each with a flatscreen TV and ample space to work and relax. The common area includes an oversized Cozy Corner sofa sleeper, additional TV as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The suite also has a large spacious work area, phone, voicemail and complimentary high-speed Internet access.
