Good afternoon David,
Thank you for reaching out to us, it was a pleasure preparing your golf trip proposal. Below you’ll find a detailed itinerary that I believe reflects the trip experience you requested.
Your trip to Scottsdale is 6 days, 5 nights and includes 6 rounds of golf. You'll play Quintero Golf Club, Troon North Monument Course, Troon North Pinnacle Course, Eagle Mountain Golf Club, SunRidge Canyon Golf Club & the Talking Stick Piipaash Course. We would need to work with the courses individually after booking to schedule an afternoon 9-hole scramble for the group.
Your lodging will be an 8-bedroom luxury vacation home conveniently located between all golf courses. The home will include parking, towels, linens, dishware, cutlery, washer/dryer, outdoor patio and WiFi. Most homes will also include an outdoor pool, BBQ grill, game room or pool table, putting green, corn hole and other entertainment. Your specific home will depend on when we book and confirm your trip.
Your trip also includes two full size SUV's (one per foursome), riding carts at all courses, unlimited use of all practice facilities and all taxes, resort & lodging fees.
Our aim is to not only secure outstanding golf for you and your group, but to ensure every element — from arrival to departure — is thoughtfully coordinated. Should you wish to explore enhancements such as upgraded accommodations, additional rounds, preferred tee time windows, private transfers, caddies or dining reservations, I would be happy to tailor the proposal further.
Please keep in mind that golf and room availability can change until confirmed. If helpful, we can arrange a call to review the proposal together and fine-tune any details. My direct line is 443.300.7975.
I look forward to your feedback and to bringing your golf experience to life.
Kind regards,

Experience the Ultimate Luxury Golf Getaway in Scottsdale
With close to 200 courses in the area and great golf weather with no rain throughout most of the year, the Phoenix/Scottsdale area is one of the most popular golf destinations in the world. Peak season is winter and spring as temperatures are cooler, but summer and fall are the best times to find deals.
While there are golf courses for every price point, the area is loaded with high quality courses and resorts. One of the best is Troon North, with a pair of outstanding Jay Morrish-Tom Weiskopf courses. Scottsdale's other resorts include the 36-hole Boulders Resort, The Phoenician, Talking Stick, The Westin Kierland Resort, and the JW Marriott Camelback Resort.

Travel Insurance
Your golf vacation requires Epic Golf Travel to make significant upfront, non-refundable payments for tee times, accommodations, transportation and other travel arrangements to a variety of vendors. Because of this, all deposits and balance payments made by you, the client, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-assignable.
We strongly encourage our clients to purchase travel insurance when making their initial deposits for their trip. Two such companies are Travelex Insurance (www.travelexinsurance.com) and GolfSafe (www.golfsafe.travelsafe.com).
Compared to the total cost of a golf vacation, the cost of travel insurance is typically a small percentage of your overall investment. Choosing not to purchase coverage means assuming the full financial risk if an unexpected event prevents you from traveling.
I encourage all our clients to purchase travel insurance as a safeguard against financial loss. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

YOUR GOLF COURSES
YOUR GOLF COURSES
TROON NORTH / PINNACLE & MONUMENT COURSES
Troon North Golf Club stands as a hallmark of the Scottsdale desert golf experience with two 18-hole courses stretching through the natural ravines and foothills in the shadows of Pinnacle Peak.
Both the Monument and Pinnacle courses are ranked within the Top 10 Best Courses You Can Play in Arizona and within the Top 100 Resort Course in the USA.
The Monument course is a 7,039-yard test that winds through desert replete with arroyos, natural washes, huge saguaros, mesquite and ironweed. The fairways are lush and well-maintained, and the greens are large and tricky.
The Pinnacle, which opened in 1995, is 7,009 yards from the tips and has a 72 par. Just like its sister course, the Monument, it will challenge you with desert golf replete with arroyos, natural washes, huge saguaros, mesquite and ironweed. Fairways are large and lush, some of which are hidden behind boulders, high-lipped bunkers and mounds.
QUINTERO GOLF CLUB
Quintero Golf Club is one of the most acclaimed golf courses in the US, and a must-play for all serious golfers. The stunning desert environment and the Rees Jones-designed course make the club part of a perfect golf holiday. The visuals are stunning, the service is impeccable and the golf is spectacular.
Rees Jones and the owners of Quintero designed a championship course to provide players with as pure a golf experience as one can have. And Quintero has won a long list of awards because of that, including:
• Best Public Course – Ranked #1 by Golf Digest, 2017
• Best Public Course – Ranked #1 by GolfWeekly Magazine, 2017
• Ranked #1 in Arizona – by GolfAdvisor.com
Beyond the outstanding course design with strategic bunker placement and the smoothest bentgrass greens in the Southwest, the secluded desert environment makes visiting Quintero an experience to remember. The distraction-free environment lends itself to a quiet enjoyment of the day.
EAGLE MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB
Nestled in the ravines of Arizona's McDowell Mountains and colorized by dramatic sunrises and sunsets, Eagle Mountain Golf Club is perfect for those who desire an outstanding golf experience.
Opened in 1996, this Scott Miller designed course truly represents man's harmony with nature as it winds through natural box canyons, rolling hills and lush desert valleys. Eagle Mountain is a challenging yet fair golf experience, with contoured fairways and immaculately maintained emerald greens throughout the par 71, 6,800-yard layout.
It's many accolades include:
- Top 10 Best Overall Golf Courses in Arizona - AvidGolfer Arizona Magazine, 2010
- Top 10 Best Luxury Golf Courses in Arizona - AvidGolfer Arizona Magazine, 2010
- One Of The Top 50 Public Courses in The Country - 2009 Golf World Readers Poll
- Ranked #1 Public Golf Course in Arizona by Ranking Arizona Business 2007
- Named Best of Phoenix Public Golf Course 2006 by the Phoenix New Times
TALKING STICK O'ODHAM & PIIPAASH COURSES
Beginning with the O’odham layout stretching to 7,133 yards from back, the par 70 course offers players the opportunity to utilize low trajectory shots and bump and runs, Texas Wedges and stingers.
The Piipaash course is a complete opposite style design, crafted in a more traditional parkland course setting. Shorter in length (6,833 yards from the back tees), the par 71 places an emphasis on aerial attacks to hold the firm greens. Large meandering bunkering on most holes is the course’s defense, as are the tree-lined fairways.
SUNRIDGE CANYON GOLF CLUB
SunRidge Canyon’s 6,823-yard, par-71, Keith Foster-designed golf course unfolds around the rugged ridges and shady canyons unique to the desert mountains that divide Fountain Hills from Scottsdale, Arizona.
This golf course gradually descends on the way out before doubling back to climb up the slope on the way in. This subtle elevation change lies at the heart of the dramatic golf experience at SunRidge Canyon. Foster had the good sense to follow Mother Nature’s lead with the wonderfully undulating property, and in the end, the beauty and challenge of SunRidge Canyon is unlike any other desert golf experience.
