Good afternoon John,
Thank you again for reaching out to us... below you will find your completed Bandon Dunes Resort golf trip proposal. It includes a detailed itinerary that I believe reflects the experience you're looking for.
Your trip will be 7 days, 6 nights and includes 7 rounds of golf. You'll play Sheep Ranch, Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Bandon Trails, Old Macdonald and both par 3 courses... Bandon Preserve & Shorty's.
All 12 golfers will stay in a private luxury vacation home within minutes of Bandon Dunes Resort. One of my favorite houses is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home with a total of 12 queen beds in the 5 bedrooms. The home design is open concept and features an outdoor hot tub, putting green, corn hole, fire pit, covered patios and is surrounded by forest. This house and several others would be perfect for your group.
Your trip includes unlimited use of all practice facilities and all taxes, resort & lodging fees.
Our aim is to not only secure outstanding golf for you and your group, but to ensure every element — from arrival to departure — is thoughtfully coordinated. Should you wish to explore enhancements such as upgraded accommodations, additional rounds, private transfers, caddies or dining reservations, I would be happy to tailor the proposal further.
If helpful, we can arrange a call to review the proposal together and fine-tune any details. My direct line is 443.300.7975.
I look forward to your feedback and to bringing your golf experience to life.
Kind regards,

Experience the Ultimate Luxury Golf Getaway at Bandon Dunes Resort
It is rare to have the opportunity to play a true links course in the US, not surprising since, according to The Links Association, there are only 5 true links courses in all of North America.
Happily, for those that visit Bandon Dunes Resort, three of the five are located there (Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes and Old Macdonald). Bandon Dunes is unique among all locations for golf in North America. With the ocean, soil, climate, weather and even gorse, golfers seeking a true links experience arguably have four choices: Ireland, Scotland, England or Bandon Dunes.
At Bandon Dunes Resort, you'll find five distinctly different 18-hole courses built on a beautiful stretch of Pacific coast land and rolling sand dunes perched 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean.

Travel Insurance
Your golf vacation requires Epic Golf Travel to make significant upfront, non-refundable payments for tee times, accommodations, transportation and other travel arrangements to a variety of vendors. Because of this, all deposits and balance payments made by you, the client, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-assignable.
We strongly encourage our clients to purchase travel insurance when making their initial deposits for their trip. Two such companies are Travelex Insurance (www.travelexinsurance.com) and GolfSafe (www.golfsafe.travelsafe.com).
Compared to the total cost of a golf vacation, the cost of travel insurance is typically a small percentage of your overall investment. Choosing not to purchase coverage means assuming the full financial risk if an unexpected event prevents you from traveling.
I encourage all our clients to purchase travel insurance as a safeguard against financial loss. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

18 TIPS FOR YOUR BANDON EXPERIENCE
The Bandon experience has been compared to golf in Ireland or Scotland and rightly so... the weather is very similar, with cooler temperatures than you may be used to throughout the year and lots of windy days.
The golf is stellar at Bandon no matter which course you play, and during many months of the year it is surprisingly affordable. With the golf, food and camaraderie, your experience will be amazing and one you’ll remember for the rest of your life.
If you’ve never been, we have some tips to share that will make your first trip much more enjoyable and much less stressful.
YOUR GOLF COURSES
YOUR GOLF COURSES
PACIFIC DUNES
Designed by Tom Doak and opened in 2001, Pacific Dunes is remarkably different in character and shot making requirements than the other resort other courses.
Pacific Dunes doesn't feel like it was built as much as it was discovered. Rippling fairways remain just as they were found and natural bunkers line the landscape as they have for centuries. The course emerges from shore pines to spectacular 60-foot sand dunes.
When the wind blows, precise approach shots are a necessity. Pacific Dunes is short enough to give you hope, but rugged enough to test every facet of your game.
SHEEP RANCH
The design team of Coore & Crenshaw were hired to work on the Par-71, 7,000-yard 18-hole layout. Co-founded by Phil Friedmann and Mike Keiser, the Sheep Ranch was for many years a mysterious golf landscape just north of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort.
Located on Five Mile Point, and originally designed by Tom Doak in 2001 while he worked on Pacific Dunes, the property was redesigned by Crenshaw & Coore to what it has become today.
With one mile of ocean frontage, nine green sites right along the edge of the continent, and stunning Pacific Ocean views on every hole, Sheep Ranch will continue the legacy of “Golf As It Was Meant to Be” on the Pacific Coast.
OLD MACDONALD
18 holes, 72 par, 6944 yards
The fourth course at Bandon Dunes pays homage to golf course architect Charles Blair Macdonald by asking one simple question: What would Macdonald have created had the Oregon Coast been his canvas?
Inspired by Macdonald's iconic work, course architects Tom Doak and Jim Urbina crafted a course that seeks the answer upon vast greens, among myriad angles of play, and from the depths of fierce bunkers. By celebrating these classic concepts of design, we honor the traditions of this game we love.
BANDON DUNES
It began in 1999 with the opening of Bandon Dunes. Designed by Scotsman David McLay Kidd, the course is perched on a bluff high above the Pacific Ocean. Bandon Dunes unfolds along pristine native dunes where expansive ocean views are revealed on nearly every hole.
The course is completely natural and routed through an environment of indigenous vegetation. Beyond breathtaking scenery lies the game of golf in its truest form. This is a thinker's course. Winds are ever-present, and the varying elements create a new experience each time you play.
BANDON TRAILS
18 holes, 71 par, 6759 yards
When Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw began working in the sand to uncover our third course, they faced the challenge of following Bandon Dunes and Pacific Dunes.
Opened in 2005, Bandon Trails begins atop a massive sand dune, then quickly opens into a sprawling meadow. The routing then works higher into the coastal forest, before finally returning to finish in the dunes. The course is enjoyable to walk and is a constant reminder of how the game was originally created among inland rolling dunes with dramatic ocean vistas.
BANDON PRESERVE (PAR 3)
A unique experience in every way, Bandon Preserve is a 13-hole par-3 course that delivers a level of enjoyment matched only by the spectacular views.
Opened in 2012 and designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, Bandon Preserve begins high atop a sand dune and rolls down toward the beach. The Pacific Ocean provides the backdrop to every hole.
All net profits from greens fees go to the Wild Rivers Coast Alliance of Oregon.
SHORTY'S (PAR 3)
Shorty's is the new 19-hole short course designed by the team of Rod Whitman, Dave Axland, and Keith Cutten.
It is located between the opening holes of Bandon Trails and the ocean to the west. Paired with a unique routing unlike any other on property, the incredible site winds through rolling natural dunes and scattered shore pines as far as the eye can see.
The course honors Mike Keiser's close friendship with Shorty Dow, the first caretaker and self appointed "governor, mayor, and sheriff" of Bandon Dunes.
THE PUNCHBOWL 18 HOLE PUTTING COURSE
The newest addition to Bandon Dunes, The Punchbowl is a 100,000-square-foot putting course designed by Tom Doak and Jim Urbina.
No tee times are needed, just show up and put your golf ball in the queue. It is open by 2pm and closes at dusk. Night use is prohibited. There is no cost to play, The Punchbowl is a complimentary amenity for resort guests and takes about an hour to play.
There are 18 holes, lengths differ from day to day. Some are short, some are long. The green is about 100,000 square feet, or 2.3 acres.
