Thank you for reaching out to us, below you will find your complete golf trip proposal. It includes a detailed itinerary that reflects the trip experience you requested.
Your trip is 5 days, 4 nights and includes 4 rounds of golf. Your group will play The Ocean Course, Oak Point GC, Turtle Point GC & Cougar Point GC. You'll stay in two 3-bedroom Deluxe Villas located inside Kiawah Resort. Each villa will house 4 golfers, with 2 golfers having single bedrooms and 2 golfers sharing a bedroom with 2 double or twin beds.
Your trip also includes (2) large 7-passenger SUV rental vehicles, riding carts at all courses (except The Ocean Course, where walking is mandatory), the caddie fee at The Ocean Course (gratuity additional and not included), unlimited use of all practice facilities and all taxes, resort & lodging fees.
Our aim is to not only secure outstanding golf for you and your group, but to ensure every element — from arrival to departure — is thoughtfully coordinated. Should you wish to explore enhancements such as upgraded accommodations, additional rounds, preferred tee time windows, private transfers, caddies or dining reservations, I would be happy to tailor the proposal further.
Please keep in mind that tee times and room availability can change until confirmed. Once you’re comfortable with the direction, I can place courtesy holds where available and provide your deposit details and timelines to secure your trip.

Quote Notes
All quotations are subject to availability, we are not holding any tee times or lodging at this time. A 25% deposit per person is due now to confirm your trip. Final balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Transportation
A large 7-passenger SUV luxury rental vehicle is included with your trip. Additionally, transportation once at Kiawah Resort to and from the golf courses, lodging and restaurants is included and provided by the resort.
Deposit & Balance Payments
By making your deposit payment and/or any future balance payments for this trip, you acknowledge you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable deposit & balance payment policy.
Travel Insurance
Your golf vacation requires Epic Golf Travel to make significant upfront, non-refundable payments for tee times, accommodations, transportation and other travel arrangements to a variety of vendors. Because of this, all deposits and balance payments made by you, the client, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-assignable.
We strongly encourage our clients to purchase travel insurance when making their initial deposits for their trip. Two such companies are Travelex Insurance (www.travelexinsurance.com) and GolfSafe (www.golfsafe.travelsafe.com).
Compared to the total cost of a golf vacation, the cost of travel insurance is typically a small percentage of your overall investment. Choosing not to purchase coverage means assuming the full financial risk if an unexpected event prevents you from traveling.

THE OCEAN COURSE
The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island Golf Resort hosted the 2007 Senior PGA and the 2012 & 2021 PGA Championships. The Ocean Course is only the fourth course to have hosted each of the PGA of America’s major championships.
Located on the eastern-most end of Kiawah Island, The Ocean Course has more seaside holes than any other course in the Northern Hemisphere, 10 right along the Atlantic with the other 8 running parallel to those.
Golf Digest named The Ocean Course “#3 Public Golf Course in U.S.”, #20 among “America’s Greatest Courses” and “America’s Toughest Resort Course.” It is one of only 17 “5-star” courses in North America in Golf Digest’s “Best Places to Play” reader’s poll.
TURTLE POINT GOLF CLUB
Rated 48th on Golf Digest’s 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses, this Jack Nicklaus design is a low-profile golf course that delivers a high caliber golfing experience. Players from the Carolina Amateur, the Carolina PGA, the South Carolina Amateur and the 1990 PGA Cup Matches will all agree that the Turtle Point Golf Course is a true test of strategy and accuracy.
Like many of Nicklaus’s early courses, the greens at Turtle Point are relatively small. The course calls for players to shape their shots both left-to-right and right-to-left. You’ll need to be proficient with every club in your bag and won’t necessarily hit a driver on every hole. And true to Jack’s playing philosophy, Turtle Point plays best hitting to specific landing areas to get the best angles into the greens.
OAK POINT GOLF CLUB
Clyde Johnston, a noted Southeastern golf course architect, designed Oak Point on the grounds of a former cotton and indigo plantation. With its close proximity to the Kiawah River and the Haulover Creek, Johnston was able to mold the rolling landscape into an outstanding layout. With undulating fairways, challenging greens and winds off of the Atlantic Ocean, Oak Point is a great addition to Kiawah Island Resort.
COUGAR POINT GOLF CLUB
18 holes, 72 par, 6,814/6,514 yards
Cougar Point re-opened in October 2017 following 10 months of renovations and upgrades. The renovations feature new grasses on all tees, greens and fairways, rebuilding all bunkers, rebuilding all bridges and bulkheads, and updating the irrigation system. Cougar Point worked closely with course designer Gary Player to ensure the original layout stayed true to his great design.
You can enjoy one of the most dramatic vistas on the island as you play Cougar Point’s front nine, which runs right along the Kiawah River. Cougar Point was recently rated “Golf Course of The Year”, by the South Carolina Golf Course Owners Association.

With villas on Kiawah Island ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms and sleeping up to 8 people, the perfect lodging awaits you for your golf vacation. Many of the villas have oceanfront views while most others have woodland settings.
Nestled within private enclaves, almost all villas enjoy the best of both worlds – close proximity to all of Kiawah’s amenities, including pools, golf and tennis, and the peaceful reserve of this coastal getaway.
All of Kiawah's villas include fully-equipped kitchens, dining room, living room, two, three or four bedrooms and multiple private baths. Living rooms feature comfortable seating, flat screen TV's with a generous cable package and DVD players.
The nearby Night Heron Park features basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, nature center, pool complex and a fitness trail complete with cardio and strength training stations.

This full-size 7-passenger SUV vehicle has enough room for 4 golfers, their clubs and luggage. It has 5 doors, air conditioning, automatic transmission, stereo, bluetooth and comes with unlimited mileage unless stated otherwise in your proposal.
Vehicle appearance and amenities may be different than the information provided herein. Vehicle size, amenities and style will depend on the time of year the trip is confirmed and deposits are paid and availability of vehicles with transportation companies.
