Travel Insurance

Trip cancellation and interruption insurance, medical and hospital insurance, baggage insurance, and various additional insurances are available and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you are fully liable for any and all penalties imposed as stated under Cancellation Policy in the Terms & Conditions section of our website.

We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential and strongly encourage all our clients to purchase trip coverage. It is your responsibility to ensure the insurance coverage you purchase is adequate for your particular needs. We do not check insurance policies. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on your vacation. We do not accept any liability for any possible loss that you suffer as a result of your failure to take out an adequate insurance policy.

COVID-19 Policies
If you have an existing booking that is due to take place soon and there are COVID-19 travel restrictions in place that prevent you from getting to or from your destination, here are your options:
· You may change your destination or date of travel. You should speak with one of our team members to help move your trip to an alternative destination and/or date. We will do all that we can to fit your schedule to re-book your trip to a more appropriate time.
· You may opt for a Future Travel Credit. If you are unsure of where or when to move your trip, we will offer you a full credit to your account in the form of a Future Travel Credit. This allows you to apply the full credit to your account to a future trip with Epic Golf Travel, with travel beginning no later than 36 months after your initial trip start date.

Please Note: Bookings unaffected by destination closures or travel restrictions due to COVID are still going ahead as planned. If you wish to cancel in this instance it will be deemed as a ‘disinclination’ to travel and our standard cancellation terms will apply (See paragraph 6 for full terms).
