REYNOLDS GREAT WATERS COURSE
Great Waters, perennially ranked among America's Greatest 100 Public Courses by Golf Digest and designed by Jack Nicklaus, is the dramatic signature layout that helped place Reynolds Lake Oconee on the map when it opened in 1992.
True to its name, Great Waters intertwines with Lake Oconee more than any of the other five courses at Reynolds. The first eight holes begin with a parkland-style layout through rolling hills and thick forests. The beautiful ninth hole introduces the golfer’s first glimpse of the lake, only preparing them for the final eight holes of panoramic views and challenging shots along Lake Oconee.
Great Waters recently underwent an 18-month total renovation. Remaining loyal to the original design, the Nicklaus Design team rebuilt Great Waters from the ground up, updated bunker designs and adding new back tees.
REYNOLDS PRESERVE GOLF COURSE
This 6,698-yard, par-72 course at Reynolds Lake Oconee was originally designed by noted architect Bob Cupp along with U.S. Open champions Fuzzy Zoeller and Hubert Green. The Preserve course takes advantage of the natural rolling topography with the end result being an immensely playable course with back tees challenging enough for low handicappers and forward tees forgiving enough for beginners.
The Preserve incorporates Cupp’s essential design principle of subtle deception and Fuzzy’s philosophy of making the game fun for players of all levels by taking advantage of the natural rolling topography.
In 2016 a fun and unique six-hole course within a course called the Quick Six was added to The Preserve.
REYNOLDS OCONEE GOLF COURSE
Defined by the dramatic routing along the Lake Oconee shoreline, this Rees Jones design is a true risk/reward layout. The Oconee course offers inspiring lake views while presenting options to play shots over inlets of Lake Oconee or carry corners of tree-lined doglegs.
The course is generally regarded as the second best course at Reynolds behind Great Waters. Set in pine trees by the lake and routed through rolling terrain, this is a modern strategic course in a lovely setting.
The course was routed to maximize the abundant vegetation and dramatic topography of the site, especially the shoreline of Lake Oconee and does so in dramatic fashion.
REYNOLDS NATIONAL GOLF COURSE
This Tom Fazio designed course features three distinct nine hole layouts fashioned from the hardwood forests and rolling terrain of the region. Impressive changes in elevation, dense forests and breathtaking views make this award-winning 27-hole course a true masterpiece.
The National's trademark is its dramatic elevation changes from tee to fairway, as well as on approach shots... some as much as 60 feet. The Ridge, Bluff and Cove nines that make up The National are named for the type of terrain they feature.
No two holes are alike in these three unique nines, but all share a consistency in feel for the way they feature the natural undulating contours of the region.

REYNOLDS LANDING COTTAGES
These charming luxury cottages are located in the heart of The Landing community within Reynolds Lake Oconee. The Landing Cottages are next to The Landing Golf Course and The Village at The Landing, an amenity complex consisting of a playground and bocce ball, pickleball and tennis courts.
Ranging from three to four bedrooms, The Landing Cottages are available with a woodland, golf or lake view. Each bedroom includes a king size bed and an en suite bathroom.
Guests have access to the surrounding amenities, including a clubhouse with a restaurant, a golf shop, a championship golf course, walking trails, and various courts.
