Your Official Authorization to Charge Your Card

By submitting your billing information and making payment on this invoice, you are authorizing us to charge your card for the charges listed on the invoice. This online submission of credit card billing information shall constitute a full and complete Agreement that allows us to charge your card.

Deposits & Balance Payments are Non-Refundable

All deposits and balance payments made by you, the client, are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-assignable. By making your deposit payment and/or any future balance payments for this trip, you acknowledge you have read and agree to our Terms of Use, including the non-refundable, non-transferable and non-assignable deposit & balance payment policy.

To Protect Your Financial Interests, Travel Insurance is Highly Recommended

Trip cancellation and interruption insurance is NOT included but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Whether or not you choose to purchase travel insurance from a 3rd party, you are fully liable for any and all penalties imposed as stated in "Paragraph 6.
