COVID-19 POLICY
If you have an existing booking that is due to take place soon and there are COVID-19 travel restrictions in place that prevent you from getting to or from your destination, including any quarantines in place at your departure location or arrival destination, here are your options:
• You may change your destination or date of travel. You should speak with one of our team members to help move your trip to an alternative destination and/or date. We will do all that we can to fit your schedule to re-book your trip to a more appropriate time.
• You may opt for a Future Travel Credit. If you are unsure of where or when to move your trip, we will offer you a full credit to your account in the form of a Future Travel Credit. This allows you to apply the full credit to your account to a future trip with Epic Golf Travel, with travel beginning no later than 24 months after your initial trip start date.

If COVID-19 is forcing closure of your chosen destinations lodging, golf or transportation, Epic Golf Travel will contact you to discuss the above options.
Please Note: Bookings unaffected by destination closures or travel restrictions due to COVID are still going ahead as planned. If you wish to cancel in this instance it will be deemed as a ‘disinclination’ to travel and our standard cancellation terms will apply (See paragraph 6 for full terms).
